📦 Ordering & Customization
Is there a minimum order for shipping?
To keep your treats safe and shipping rates low, we have a ~30 oz minimum. That’s about 8 regular, 6 large, or 32 mini cookies!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we bake specifically for you, we can't support changes or cancellations once the dough is prepped. We want to get your treats to you as fast as possible!
Do you offer cookie subscriptions?Â
Yes! Join our Cookie Club for a monthly box of treats delivered right to your door. You can pause or manage your sub anytime!
Are the cookies pre-made?
Never! Every cookie is baked with love within 24–48 hours of your order being placed. Freshness is our priority!
Why no cheesecake delivery?
Since we use fresh ingredients and zero preservatives, our cheesecakes are too delicate for the mail. They’re best enjoyed fresh at the shop!

Where do you ship?
We ship the cookie love to all 50 states within the US!
How long does shipping take?
We take 2–3 business days to bake your order, plus 2–3 days for shipping. Your patience is rewarded with deliciousness!
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout based on your location, but all orders over $60 ship for free!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your cookies leave our oven and head your way.
Can I return or exchange cookies?
Because they’re perishable, we don’t accept returns. But if there’s a problem, contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right!
What if they arrive damaged?
Accidents happen! If your treats arrive damaged, email a photo to chris@crystalmountaincookies.com within 24 hours so we can fix it.
Do you ship on weekends?
To keep cookies from sitting in a warehouse, we only ship Monday–Wednesday. Freshness first!
🍪 Freshness & Storage
How are they packaged?
Each cookie is individually heat-sealed and nestled in a cushioned gift box to stay fresh and safe on its journey.
How long do they stay fresh?
In their sealed bags, your cookies will stay delicious for 7–10 days.
Can I freeze them?
Yes! Keep them in their original seal and pop them in a freezer bag. They’ll stay perfect for up to 3 months.
How do I reheat them?
For that melty center, microwave for 10–15 seconds or warm in the oven at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
What if my cookie is stale?
If your cookies have just gone a bit hard, you can usually bring back that "freshly baked" texture with these tricks:

- The Bread Slice Trick (Best for soft cookies): Place your cookies in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag with a fresh slice of white bread. Overnight, the cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread. The bread will get hard, and your cookies will get soft!
- The Microwave Shortcut: Wrap a cookie in a slightly damp paper towel and microwave it for 10–15 seconds. This provides an immediate burst of moisture—just be sure to eat it right away, as it will harden again once it cools.

Not yet, but we’re always dreaming up new recipes. Stay tuned!
Are your cookies nut-free?
While we have nut-free flavors, our facility handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee 100% zero cross-contamination.
Can I include a gift note?
Of course! Type your message at checkout, and we’ll include a beautiful handwritten or printed card.
Is there a receipt in the box?
Nope! Since many are gifts, we never include prices. You’ll get your receipt via email only.
